Motor Neurone Disease kills 2 aussies a day, and subjects two more to a diagnosis. The disease kills 50% of patients in the first 18 months. There is no cure.
We challenge you to climb 1,504 stairs over the course of one day to help find the next breakthrough in MND research. 1504 stairs this is the height of the Sydney Tower Eye, and the same number of stairs that firefighters will be climbing in full kit on Saturday 14 October 2017.
Take a photo of yourself completing the challenge, post it on to your personal social media pages with the below message, and then tag three friends who must then either do the same challenge or donate $15.04 to MND research at Macquarie.
I just did #1504formnd. Motor Neurone Disease kills 2 aussies a day, and subjects two more to a diagnosis. The disease kills 50%of patients in the first 18 months. There is no cure.
I nominate (3 peoples names) to climb 1504 stairs (the equivalent to Sydney Tower Eye) to raise awareness for this horrible disease. If you’d rather not climb the stairs, just donate 1504 cents to http://www.firiesclimbformnd.org.au, copy and paste this nominating 3 friends to take part.
Thank you for your support!
